Mrs. Castillo joined Immigration Business Services approximately six years ago and has literally earned her Title as the most senior employee of IBS. She has excellent communication and people skills.

Mrs. Castillo is professional, supportive, knowledgeable and is detailed oriented in all her activities. She is the principal Spanish Translator for IBS. She is proficient in speaking, reading and writing English and Spanish.

She oversees the daily operations of the entire office and displays integrity and respect to every customer or person she is in contact with. Her Business Attributes are of vital importance to the smooth functioning of our Office.

Mrs. Castillo maintains confidentiality, safety and record keeping that are fundamentally important for every customer or client. She is very passionate about meeting targets and deadlines for the submission of applications to DHS/USCIS. She is always on top with Court Scheduling none of our customers have ever missed a Court Hearing.
